As solar farms, wind parks, and thermal and hydro stations multiply across India, they need formed and welded steel that holds up outdoors — in strong UV, coastal salt air, and heat. Balaji Engineering Works forms and fabricates those parts in-house, so the bend angles on a mounting frame or an enclosure stay identical from the first piece to the last of a large batch.

We build solar mounting frames and racking, wind turbine nacelle covers and bracket assemblies, transformer housings, panel enclosures, cable trays, and power-station structural steel. Every formed part can be hot-dip galvanized, powder coated, or given a zinc-rich primer so it survives years in the field, and none of it has to leave the shop for outside job work between forming and finishing.

The same setup covers a one-off bespoke run for a single power project and a high-volume repeat order where a solar EPC needs thousands of identical bent frames coming out to the same dimensions.
