Sheet Metal
Services

CNC Plate Bending
Our CNC plate bending station forms thick sheet and plate to programmed angles on hydraulic press brakes, then hands the parts straight into the rest of our shop. Because the bending sits inside a full fabrication workflow, you get tight angle repeatability on heavy sections without moving material between separate vendors.

Sheet Metal Shearing Cutting
We shear sheet and plate to size on hydraulic shears so that clean, square blanks are ready before forming begins. Prepping material under the same roof as our bending and welding lines means your parts move through the whole job without waiting on an outside cutting supplier.

CNC Laser Cutting
CNC fiber laser cutting gives us tight tolerances, clean edges, and very little scrap on both routine and oversized sheets. Running the laser as the front end of our job-work service means intricate profiles arrive at the bending and welding stations already dimensionally correct.

Plate Rolling
Our plate rolling brings flat stock round into smooth, even curves for shells, cylinders, and other formed parts. Kept in-house alongside cutting and welding, rolled sections can be trimmed, seamed, and finished as one continuous job rather than being shipped out for forming.

CNC Plasma Cutting
CNC plasma cutting lets us profile mild steel and thicker industrial plate quickly and consistently. As one stage of our complete job-work service, it turns out base plates, brackets, and structural blanks that pass straight to bending, rolling, or welding without leaving the shop.

Assembly
At the assembly stage we bring together the pieces produced across our forming, cutting, and welding lines and join them into finished units using welding, riveting, and related methods. Because every part originates in the same workshop, fit-up stays clean and the finished job leaves as one deliverable.

Welding
Welding fuses metal sections using heat, pressure, or both, and it is where our cut and formed parts come together into finished fabrication. Running it as part of a single job-work service keeps joint quality consistent from the first tack to final assembly.

Deep Drawing
Deep drawing pulls a flat metal blank over a die to form deep, hollow three-dimensional shapes such as cans, pots, and containers. Offered alongside our other processes, it lets drawn components move on to trimming, welding, or finishing as part of the same job.

Finishing
Finishing covers powder coating, painting, anodizing, and polishing, applied to lift both the look and the working life of a part. As the last step in our under-one-roof service, it means fabricated components leave protected and ready to install rather than needing another supplier.

Stamping
Stamping presses parts out of sheet metal at speed, making it the go-to route for large runs such as automotive body panels and appliance components. Within our job-work service it covers the high-volume side of production while the rest of the shop handles forming and joining.

Punching
Punching drives holes and shaped openings into sheet metal on punch presses, making it a strong fit for high-volume production. Kept in-house, it lets us add mounting and functional features to parts before they carry on to bending, welding, and assembly.
