Salt air is unforgiving, so marine work lives or dies on the right material and a sound weld. Balaji Engineering Works forms and TIG-welds components for shipbuilders, vessel operators, port authorities, and offshore contractors, working mainly in SS 316, aluminium alloys, and hot-dip galvanized mild steel so the part shrugs off spray, humidity, and immersion.

We build vessel interior panels and bulkhead sections, engine-room enclosures, port metalwork, offshore safety barriers, gangways, and deck fittings. Our TIG line lays full-penetration, low-distortion welds on stainless and aluminium, which is what watertight and structurally loaded marine assemblies demand.
