As India's rail and metro networks grow, they need formed sheet metal that holds its dimensions, looks uniform, and can be repeated reliably in volume. Balaji Engineering Works supplies carriage interior panels, under-frame brackets, flooring sections, roof panels, and structural elements to coach builders, metro rolling-stock contractors, and railway infrastructure firms.

We form CRCA, stainless, and aluminium for interior and semi-structural parts, and finish them with powder coating, epoxy primer, or anodizing to the railway spec. Laser cutting keeps blank sizes identical across a long run, and our press brakes repeat formed profiles to tight angle tolerances — which is what modular coach interiors need to fit together.

For stations and depots we build canopy structures, platform-edge panels, signage frames, seating structures, and utility enclosures, all fabricated to project drawings and packed so the finished surfaces reach site unmarked.
